Men's 8v8

Division 1 - Each Team will play each other twice to determine Regular Season Champions, with the Top 3 Seeds advancing to the Tisdale Cup. 

Division 2 - Each Team will play each other once, and then play teams in their Conference a second time to determine Conference Champions.  Both Conference Champions will play each other for the Division 2 Season Championship, with winner of that earning the 4th Seed in the Tisdale Cup. 

Coed 6v6

Each Team will play each other once, and then play teams in their Conference a second time to determine Conference Champions.  Top two Seeds from each Conference will advance to the Coed Cup.  

+35 Men's 7v7

Each Team will play each other twice to determine the Regular Season Champion, with the Top 4 Seeds advancing to the +35 Cup.
